Barrier Island Re-Entry Program
Around April 15, 2015, many citizens and business owners received a mailer from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office introducing the new Barrier Island Re-Entry Program.
All Clearwater Beach residents and business owners, including Sand Key and Island Estates, need to register with the program to receive their assigned Emergency Access permits.
Beach residents and businesses are able to register through the Clearwater Police Department at 645 Pierce Street.
Please bring a government issued photo identification (for example: a driver’s license or passport) AND proof of residency (for example: a utility bill or property tax receipt).
- Clearwater Police Department Headquarters (645 Pierce Street)
- 7 Days a Week (Sunday – Saturday) 8am – 11pm
