Upcoming January Clearwater Library Programs

Maker Break

Friday, Jan. 20, 3-4:30 p.m.

Join us for an after-school tech or craft session. Activities can include spheros, henna tattoos, Shrinky Dinks, perler beads, button making, mug decorating and more.

Shihan School of Survival

Saturday, Jan. 21, 12:30-2 p.m.

East Library, 2251 Drew St.

A martial arts program for all ages. Shihan Walter Evans and members of his school will instruct you on the basics of self-defense. Registration is required at myclearwaterlibrary.com.

Adulting 101

East Meets West Art Exhibition

There will be two guest artists from Japan displaying their works as well as other local artists who focus on Asian-style art. There will be a one-stroke dragon painting demonstration by one of the Japanese artists, and Japanese food and candy will be available for purchase.
